First impressions:

Hoy! Wait usa, wa nako na prep akong self sa visuals ani nga drama. Ahn Hyo Seop, yes na yes from Dr. Romantic 2 but si Kim Se Jeong? Damn girl, slay! Amazing kaayo ang imong character and your portrayal of Shin Ha Ri. Ibang level ang glow-up from The Uncanny Counter.

Okay, so typical ang plot. Chaebol nga ganahan ang parents (in this case, si Lolo) na magminyo na and napugos ug contract marriage and eventually falling in love with the girl. Parang kanta lang ni Taylor, “I’ve seen this film before” kaso nga lang, we liked the ending. Ang naka-amazing lang ani nga kdrama are the characters. The humor and the visuals, mao na lang ni reason I will watch this until the end kay kabalo naman jud ta unsa ang ending ani.

Did I forget to mention the supporting cast? It’s always nice to see second leads na may sariling arc instead of nakikipag-agawan with the main leads. I guess it’s not advisable because viewers tend to compare the 2 arcs and then there’s a possibility that the second leads will steal the show instead. On the other hand, it’s nice to have another couple to root for aside sa main leads. But wait, let me attach a photo of the second leads.

Hoy! They’re so cute that you can’t help but root for them too. Seol In Ah plays Jin Young Seo, who is Shin Ha Ri’s bestfriend. It’s so nice to see dramas with supporting characters like her. She falls for Cha Sung Hoon, played by Kim Min Gue, who is the executive assistant of Kang Tae Mu.

So, my Mondays and Tuesdays are now all set for that “kilig and maka-smile mood”. Mondays do not seem so bad anymore.
