Ginisang Sayote Recipe

Ginisang Sayote (Sautéed Chayote) is another easy recipe for working moms like me. It’s so simple and of course, you can easily find the ingredients. The vegetable is sautéed with garlic, onion, and tomato (along with ground pork). It is usually eaten with white rice.
Sayote or chayote is one of the members of the gour family. You can also use this vegetable as a substitute for green papaya when cooking tinola.
