Chocolate cupcakes

Ingredients:
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. cocoa
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans. 
  3. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. 
  4. Make sure water is boiling; batter will be thin.
  5. Pour into prepared pans and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. 
  6. Frost as desired.
